Log in to YouTube or create an account if you don’t have one. Vimeo is also accepted.
Upload your video.
Copy the video URL and paste it in the form above.
We recommend making your practice videos unlisted if you don’t want strangers to be able to see them. Anyone with the link to the video can see it, but it won’t be publicly listed. The easiest way is to select the setting when uploading the video. On YouTube you’ll see this screen (or a similar one):
You can also go back to a video you already uploaded and edit the settings to change the visibility. Vimeo has a similar feature.
